A little bit about us:
One Voice Productions is in search of a hard-working, motivated individual to join a team of assistants for our founder/CEO, who is a well established professional musician and entrepreneur. This role will keep you challenged and busy, with plenty of room for growth as you provide direct support to the company’s executive team. You will play an integral role in our infrastructure and its daily operations. We are not looking for someone to just grab coffee and answer emails; this will entail a lot of creative freedom to bring ideas to the table, plan projects, network with industry professionals, and make an impact in the music industry and beyond. Employees will have their own desk space in our office, conveniently located near Valley River Center in Eugene, OR.

This role encompasses a variety of duties, including but not limited to:
-50% administrative support and 50% public relations outreach
-Act as a liaison with other creators, customers and supporters
-Manage project timelines and deadlines
-Keep track of the CEO’s busy schedule, set up meetings and appointments
-Streamline coordinated communication between team members and external contacts
-Engage in online communities, respond to fan messages via email and social media
-Write up social media posts, press releases, and announcements
-Manage inventory/reordering for merchandise
-Book all executive travel
-Prioritize press interviews, speaking engagements, events requests, etc
-Proactively improve systems around executive office management
-Manage a small team of student interns

A little bit about you:
-You have strong project management and organizational skills
-You have excellent writing and editing skills
-You have basic computer and technical knowledge
-You are extremely detail oriented
-You function well under pressure
-You are a proactive person who takes pride and ownership in your work
-You are reliable and never drop the ball on things
-You want to be part of a brand that is personal yet professional, with a strong family feel
-You can think both short term (working with fast turnaround deadlines, making each communication perfect, making a difference TODAY) and long term (how to improve the brand and cultivate a growing community)
-You love music, and believe in the impact it can make in the world.
-You have a positive attitude and an optimistic disposition

Preferred Experience in:
-Video editing and graphic design
-Music distribution
-Public relations
-Working with artists/creators/entrepreneurs
-Familiarity with social media platforms (YouTube, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram)
-Bachelors/Associates degree in business, communications, -or a related field
-1-3 years of administrative and organizational support
